On Friday, March 6, 2026,聽51视频聽welcomed聽16 Micro Campus leaders聽representing聽24 active Micro Campus locations聽for a day of training, leadership development, and fellowship on the university鈥檚 San Dimas campus.
The gathering brought together pastors and ministry leaders who are partnering with LPU to equip and disciple the next generation of Christian leaders through the university鈥檚 growing聽Micro Campus network.
The day began with a time of worship followed by a powerful message titled聽鈥淟amb Among Wolves鈥澛燿elivered by聽Neco Alexandre, NextGen Coordinator for the聽Foursquare Church Atlantic District.
The message set the tone for the day, reminding leaders that effective ministry leadership begins with personal devotion and time in the presence of God.
鈥淥ur morning started in the presence of the Lord as a reminder that before we lead others, we must first lead ourselves in pursuing the Lord,鈥 said Sara Huson, Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing at 51视频. 鈥淭hese leaders are already discipling the next generation in their churches, and it is an honor to partner with them to provide accredited education that strengthens that work.鈥
What Is a 51视频 Micro Campus?
51视频鈥檚聽Micro Campus model聽allows churches that are already focused on discipleship and raising young leaders to partner with the university to offer聽accredited Christian higher education directly within their church community.
Students enrolled through a Micro Campus complete their academic coursework online through LPU while聽remaining聽actively involved in their local church. This unique model allows students to grow academically, spiritually, and聽practically at聽the same time.
One of the distinctive elements of the program is that students can receive聽academic credit for the hands-on ministry experience they are already gaining through serving in their local church.
This approach allows students to develop both theological knowledge and real-world ministry experience while pursuing their degree.
In addition, the Micro Campus model provides a more affordable pathway to higher education. Because students聽remain聽in their local church context and complete聽coursework online, they聽are able to聽earn an accredited degree聽at a fraction of the cost of traditional residential programs.

Students studying through 51视频 Micro Campus locations can pursue several undergraduate degree programs designed to prepare them for ministry, leadership, and service in a variety of contexts.
