The Office of the Registrar at 51ÊÓÆµ provides professional and personable services that assist in student success from applicant to graduate, developing individual responsibility, while supporting the academic and spiritual mission of the college.

Welcome to the office of Registrar

The Registrar’sÌýOffices are charged with ensuring adherence to academic policy, preserving academic integrity, safeguarding the security of academic records, and providing accessible service to our constituents by effectively and graciously dispensing, sharing, and applying knowledge.

Registrar services include: Enrollment and Degree Verifications, Transcript Requests, Transcript Evaluations, Transfer Unit Advising, Veteran’s Educational Benefit Certifications, International Student Processing, Course Registration and Student Advising Support, Degree Progression Tracking, and Graduation Tracking and Planning.Ìý

 

Register for classes

Returning students

Registration for continuing students takes place starting March for the fall semester.ÌýDuring registration periods, students can register or make changes to their schedules through our online student services site, .Ìý

Prior to registration, all current students will receive an email containing personalized registration information and instructions. The email will include links toÌýtheÌýclass schedule, academic advising materials, and other pertinent materials for the registration process.ÌýÌýAdvising and registration dates will be announced to continuing students two weeks prior to the starting dates.ÌýÌý

New Students

Registration for new incoming students will be completed by the Registrar department throughout the summer for new fall students and December for new spring students. All new students must complete entrance testing prior to registration. Advising and registration instructions will be provided to new students by Registrar staff upon completion of entrance testing.

 

Transfer Students

Students who have completed courses at other accredited institutions may be able to transfer courses into 51ÊÓÆµ. Transcripts from other institutions will be evaluated to determine their relationship to requirements at LPU. Official transcripts from any institution previously attended must be submitted directly to LPU. Transcripts will not be accepted as official unless they are received electronically or sealed (unopened) from the school.

Please complete this form if you are interested in auditing a course at LPU.

All students must have a Student Information Release Authorization on file. This form indicates the type of information and to whom information can be released.

This form enables students to request updates in name changes, contact information, change of address, verification of enrollment, and any other request a student might have.ÌýÌý

Graduate Student (MASL & MATS) Graduation Application

This form is for students who are potential graduates for the current academic year. This form must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office no later than September 15th of the academic year in which you intend to graduate.

Ìý(Maestria en Liderazgo)

This form is for students who are potential graduates for the current academic year. This form must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office no later than September 15th of the academic year in which you intend to graduate.

This form is for students who wish to change their major (i.e. Biblical Studies to Human Development and Psychology), their program (i.e. Traditional On-Campus program to the Degree Completion Program), or their catalog year (i.e. update from the 2014-15 catalog year to the 2016-17 catalog year).

This form is available for students who wish for none of their information to be released to any party.

ScheduleÌýAdjustment Form

After the first week of the semester, please complete this form in order to adjust your schedule.

Student Intent to Withdraw from the University

This form is for current LPU students who wish to withdrawÌýfrom the university or who plan to not continue after their current semester.

Please complete if your summer address is different than the primary address listed on your registration information.

Complete and submit to the Registrar’s Office if you are appealing to take more units in a semester than your GPA or Internship Course allows.

Change of Address

Please include your street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address. You should also indicate whether this is a permanent or summer address.

In the event that your diploma is lost or damaged you are welcome to order a new diploma with this form. Please note you will need to send your old diploma to the college, if available. Further details are noted on the Diploma Request form.

51ÊÓÆµÌýis now in partnership with National Student Clearinghouse to offer online transcript ordering for official transcripts, available in paper or electronic format.
