On February 24, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in the eastern territory of Donbas. Life has been turned upside down for the 44 million Ukrainians in the days that have passed. With a constant threat of gunfire, explosions, and missiles, Ukrainians are fleeing the place they call home. Over a million people have already left, and millions more will be displaced by this war.
Foursquare Disaster Relief (FDR) is working closely with its European Foursquare churches and Foursquare Missions International (FMI) workers to respond swiftly to Russia’s was against Ukraine by providing food and life-saving essentials. LPU聽partnered with FDR聽and through the generous giving, was聽able to send聽$5,567 to help聽mobilize the church to provide food, life-saving essentials, and emergency housing. Chad Isenhart said,
